Thanks for the Info. The mark looks very similar. Did they do plate, and sterling? I wonder if they are silver plate or not.

I got these In a lot of Sterling, and Silver Plate Flatware. I looked at every image on this website, as well as every image on Silver Collecting.com, and I can't Identify it.
