I have asmall spoon with he words Ariel Silver marked on it and what looks like F & M S can't find anytthing about it can any one help

Need help on marks on small spoon
letter 'F',fluer de lys symbol, symbol which looks like an 'S' turned on it's side and one other one i just ant make out it has makers initials of J,G/C,E,P. Any one know anything about them. Thanks

Serving spoon with the letters ETM, a star(asterisk) in a diamond and the letter B in a circle. Any one know anything about it.
