Hi

The bird and the lines are not done by a silver smith but by an amateur. Can you dechiffer the dots underneath. This was done on spoons given to people on weddings or engagments in south of Denmark before 1900.

Try french hallmarks, fleur de lis was royalty and was used widely! Also
the very elaborate style could by french.

Your egg spoon looks more like a jam spoon. European jam spoons got bowls like that.

Hi

It could be a H. Rasmussen in Copenhagen 1893-1937 as it have an Arts and Craft feeling about it. The style was called "Skonvirke" in Denmark. I will try and find some more. It is quite similar to some Georg Jensen silver from the 10- 20ties. Is there no gaurdian stamp?
