Maybe the 'CC' in the crown are not the letters CC, but a part of the crown????

Late 1920's or early 1930's, I think. ATLA was used from 1926, and the registration as a trademark was published in 1928.

I went through some old undated (about or before 1900 ??) Cohr photos today, and found one showing this ladle next to a tea strainer with the same kind of handle.

Henning Ulrichsen used the mark from 1962.

The mark was registered by the danish Trademark and Patent Office in 1978 and renewed in 1988. The registration was cancelled in 1999.
