I agree with Waylander, the hallmarks appear to be 1926 . For one, there is no duty mark,the pieces just look 19th-20th Century! As far as maker? A clearer , maybe magnified view could answer this question! Thanks!

Jim C. You are confusing this mark (which is Sheffield 1916-17) The fruit knife style is from an earlier period but you are not correct on the hallmarks. Keep up your research but be carefull to pay attention to details! Thanks!
