Thank you Bahner for your help with the origin. There is no letter or number next to the lady's head. Just the head inside a hexagonal lozenge shape. The maker's mark is: [W & A]. Regards, Cirrus
This is a small lidded jar, the lid is painted silver plate and the mark is on the side of the lid. There is a maker's mark, W & A, then a profile of a lady's head inside a hexagon shape. I couldn't find anything for sure like these marks on any of the references. Any clues? http://home.earthlin...
