The marks you are showing in 2nd photo are Sponsor as you found, Town mark for Birmingham, Lion Passant for sterling silver and the Birmingham Date Letter which I read as 1930. regards
Hi. I believe your spoons to be sponsor - Roberts and Belk, town mark - Sheffield (the mark was a crown until 1975 when it became the rose emblem) and date - 1981. Regards
Good day The marks are to me are for Elkington and Co. Their should be a & between the top of the E & C. Mark appears worn. Year looks like 1908 For information on Elkington & Co, I would suggest you Google the name, and you will probably find almost all you can want. Regards

The mark RWB in the clover leaf shape is the Harrods sponsor mark and is Richard Woodman Burbridge who was a past Chairman of Harrods. the date letter i is for 1964.
