If the first number in the first picture is a 6 (that's what it looks like) it's from 1976, assayed in Baku. The maker is either IO or ю.

I can't provide much information but here's what I can:
Squirrel hallmark is the Swiss domestic hallmark for 14K. Based on the shape, it's prior to 1934.
On the squirrel on the right, there is a letter underneath. That will tell you where it was assayed. I can't make it out, could be a C though ...
