Yes, definitely, it doesn't fully suit and slightly shivers inside. However, still fully functional :)

Hi!

Please, help me with identification.

The item was purchased in France on auction, but indicated as “travail etranger”, non-French silver.

I have never met such kind of hallmark and maker’s can’t tell me nothing as it’s appearance is universal (met in UK, US, Scandinavian states…)
