Asprey salver - puzzling hallmarks

I've been asked for help with an Asprey salver, but I'm baffled by the hallmarks shown in the second photo below. I can't see a town mark, unless the 'Tudor rose is a special for Asprey? I'm not sure if the cross-barred 'Z' is a date letter. Is the curlicued 'A' an Asprey maker's mark? I deduce from...
