French Cocktail Shaker Set

Hello all, I have a silver plated cocktail shaker with a brushed finish. I've attempted to clean it with silver polish, and used a tooth brush on a small area with some warm water and baking soda, but the black tarnish that has come forth seems to be stuck in the very fine grooves of the brushed fin...
