Oh, as a side note, when looking at the marks with the rooster being right-side-up, the makers mark is upside down. :D

Seems to have been passed down a few generations, looks like a monogram of CS and maybe an initial of S with the dates 1820, 1865 and 1905. Pretty cool, eh?
