The pattern is Wilkens model no. 126 which I date end of 19th century. Concerning the coat of arms try it in a heraldic forum.

Werner was only the seller; maker was Wilkens, Bremen (Mark: Spindelpresse)

It is Carl Weishaupt! Mark with with the two towers of the Frauenkirche in München and the initials C and W, see www.c.weishaupt,com Geschichte (history).

The mark in the middle could be mark of Weishaupt, Munich.

Under the bottom I recognize 4 marks 1. maker's mark in cyrillic TF for Timofei Filippov PL 2941 2. ?town mark Moscow PL 1983? Carl Gottlieb Boehnhardt worked in the first half of 19th century. I think the letter Z stands for 1841.

Yes, Berlin. Maker GLW = Gottlieb Leberecht WAELSCH 1758-1836, Master 1798.

Your sugar tongs come from France, marked with Minerva for 800/1000 purity. For the maker look for another mark.

Little knife with pistol grip and baroque blade

Unfortunately I only can provide (bad) photos from the marking of the knife which is 17 cm long. The blade (9 cm) is marked VENEZIA Inoxid. The knife looks old but isn't. So I am even not sure if the grip is silver. The mark looks Italian but I cannot read any figure. Perhaps amena with her experien...

Thank you very much AG2012. In the meantime I found out that the assayer was Ivan Lebedkin.
When was the working period of Levin? 1875-1907. Is this right?
My sugar tongs are clearly Jugendstil.
