I just bought an antique crucifix pendant and was able to find the maker. His name is William John Pellow. He was registered to the Chester Assay Office. Marks don't seem to "jive"...

Hello, as you can see this matchstick case was made of sterling silver in Chester by Rolason Brothers in 1728.
