I'm trying to determine the age of a silver Poison Ring from Mexico. It has 3 hallmarks: - STERLING SILVER - A number 3 in a unknown shape - A text bend into a circle, all I can read in it is Mexico https://i.postimg.cc/xdkSbht5/20200309-143033.jpg Any help in identification very appreciated.

So on your photo someone placed twice the letter C ? Why the C4 marks are so differyou ( your photo and mine)? Dog`s head mark for silver was different. Prague was in Austria-Hungary Empire at the time and its assay office was assigned town number C (not date letter). A was for Vienna, B for Budapes...
