The mark with fox head bearing P indicates the ring was made i Budapest, Hungary.The other mark was possibly added later.

14K Gold Standard Fox Head Hallmark in irregular hexagon.The letter on the left of it cannot be seen, if C seen on the secondary mark, then it was made in Prague.Number 4 on the right of it = 14 karat gold.
