Unknown markings on 1764 serving spoon

I've inherited this large spoon (roughly 30 cm long). The story goes that a Norwegian king gave this spoon to one of his lovers the moment she got pregnant and had to leave the kingdom to bear her bastard child. Could anyone identify these markings?
