This mark is Virgin Saints and Angels of Miguel de Allende, Mexico. They are still in business and make several similar styles. Mystery solved. They can be found on the internet.

This mark is on the the back of a frame holding a religious medal. I have also seen the same frame in brass except instead of 925, it appears to be marked MEX. Thanks for any help you can give me.
