They do look very old just judging by the wear. First I just want to know if they are sterling.

Hello, A. Wieder was a retailer/seller from Cologne/Germany, later from Stade. He mostly sold patterns designed and made by major German cutlery manufacturers, in this case a pattern by Koch and Bergfeld from Bremen, one of the patterns attributed to designer Hugo Leven. Anyone know if this is coin silver? I am guessing not. But I really cant find any examples of gurney bros hallmarking plated flatware.
