It is rare, but it does occur.
I also have a sample "75" item: 1740, St. Petersburg...
And, yes, “75” was placed with separate punches: “7” and “5”.

The inscription is made in Armenian language. You are absolutely right: the first two letters are the initials of the names, then the surname (Boyadjyan).
*The correct transcription is not “A and C”, but “A and S”.
