Thank you so much for your help everyone! Based on the suggestion that it may be nickel plated brass and also American, i finally found my answer. it is a feaux stamped nickel plated brass pipe made by C.P.F. or Colossus Pipe Factory which dates it between 1896 and 1920 based in New York.
