Please help me ID this creamer "WEIGHTED STERLING"

Hi, Can someone please help me ID this silver creamer? It has a stamp at the bottom that says "WEIGHTED STERLING" and then has a picture of what looks like a tennis ball / circle with some letters that could be WH3OO, WH5OO, WH&CO , WH + infinity sign (???) or something along those lin...
