this hallmark is on a stainless and rosewood flatware set. but i can find no information about it or what it may mean.

is it familiar to anyone?

on a towle silversmiths revere bowl, i would like to know what the E P 5003 stands for? E P is electro plating?, but what is the '5003' mean?
