It's actually 800 silver and not silver plated

I have not been able to identify the marks on this late 19th century wine bottle cooler. There is an left-facing helmeted head in a lozenge with a number underneath and fleur de lys with a flat bottom. So do you think it was made by a contemporary smith with the initials IM or do you think it is a modern reproduction with a fake hallmark?
