Reed and Barton baby cup

I have a baby cup engraved with my name and birthday but I suspect the cup pre-dates me. The bottom has Reed & Barton 867 and nothing else. My grandmother was from great Britian but I'm not sure if it came from there or America when she came

Small dish/bowl I inherited from my Gram

Hi there, I am trying to decipher the markings and having a hard time. I believe it is from Birmingham, but having a hard time with the date and marker.

The pictures on it are an anchor, lion and an M. The marker seems to be SMLLTD but the M isn't distinctive and could be something else.
