Found this in a local shop in TX, Silver salt. I would guess American coin silver. Its marked ? WELS or WEIS or WELSH. On second thought I think the hallmark TM would be Theodore Müller - Weimar ( same link as you posted ) the style of the teapot is also what I can link to Henry van de Velde.

I would like to know the maker of this art deco tea pot. It is marked 800 and a makers mark MT TM or M with a hammer? Possibly Belgium but cannot find this mark. Any help would be appreciated.
