I can supply another photo of the spoon's hallmarks, however the consensus seems to be that the silversmith was Adam Herttuainen. I appreciate all the help. Thanks again!

After doing some research I came across the bell in an oval is the assay mark for Aurich in the Netherlands. I don't know if this is correct as I didn't see any other marks that would make me believe it was silver and not silver plate. Any incite would be a great help. Thanks.
I wish I could but all I could get were the three photos. I'll take better photos next time. I did take this one of the last mark and hopefully it will help.
