In this pattern is the last name at the top?
These are serving spoons, marked 'S.Browne', NYC 1798-1819. If that helps. Thanks for any help!

Wow! I thought it was a wreath lol. The wings don't exactly match up. Is that normal when stamped?

My only guess is that it came from Germany or NYC. I still have had no luck searching for this maker mark.
