Can anyone tell me when the 18K gold French Hallmark of an OWL sitting on a branch would have been used? The Hallmark is shown on this site under the heading "RE-MARK SECOND HAND GOODS" I'm not sure what this means. Does anyone know what "RE-MARK SECOND HAND GOODS means? Thanks http:/...
