I've recently inherited a random assortment of silver, mostly flatware and mostly Scandinavian. There are items from a large number of of Makers so rather than clog up the Scandinavian forums I will post pictures of the maker's marks here in case they are of interest to some on the forum.

My mother's and father's parents lived in Huskvarna so Jonkoping might fit.

and it's an interesting story. While he was not officially allowed to work he obviously was a skilled silversmith who produced some quality material, probably quite a lot since you know of him.

ES is Erik Stridbeck born approx 1770 he is a "fri mester" (free master i.e. he is not member of the guild and as so no permitted to Work) in 1811-1814. He dies 1842. Thanks Hose. So the 6 ES spoons are actually quite a bit older than the others even though the pattern is almost identical.

Asking Google for images of "watch key' produces many similar things. Hard to see how effective it would be since the bit that presumably goes into the watch is a completely round tube but it must have worked. A square or triangular fitting might have wound better.
