This was the best I could achieve. I guess there are supposed to be initials of the maker, but it's only a half of a seconf letter and the first one is blurry.. Reminds me of M or H

Earrings

Hello, please help me with these markings on earrings. I found that it is 14K gold, zolotnik marking was used until 1899, and they are from St. Petersburg. Can't identify the last marking which is not clear.. Has anyone seen something like that? What might be more accurate year? https://www.925-1000...
