SILVER PEPPER POT

Hi guys I wonder if anyone can identify this mark on a small petter pot/spice pot. It is etched with birds and a hare. Lovely little item. I wonder if it is Ottoman or Persian. Appreciated as always. https://i.postimg.cc/G8c5bzJ4/SAM-8200.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/LYbBGVyK/SAM-8203.jpg https://i.post...

Mark on a toy chair

Hi Guys, very long shot. I got this little toy chair the other day and just thought it was brass or copper. I noticed a makers mark on the back. I was testing a bit of gold the other night, trying to learn how to recognise colour changes and I put some acid on this chair expecting it to froth like a...

possibly Dutch mark 1903

Hi Guys, silver jug weighs about 338g. Has these marks - sorry, not the sharpest. I am told they are Danish 1903. I'm sure I have seen the likes somewhere but I can't find anything similar now. Any ideas? Appreciated as always. Gary https://i.postimg.cc/jS1xVn88/IMG-4250.png https://i.postimg.cc/d3J...

Re: Date of Madam Morris nut tray Whiting Sterling

Hi guys. Thanks. Is there a book or something for this type of American silver or specific makers. I thought you could find everything online but I'd drawn a blank with the specifics of these nut trays.
Appreciated.

Rather odd looking cat

Hi Guys; I wonder if anyone can give any info on the marks of this silver cat (filled I should imagine). It looks a bit odd (the cat). It has hall marks, not English, very small and rubbed. I can make out the letters Ag before the hall mark. There are some bigger marks and I thought these may shed a...
