The " c c " on the anchor baffled me, though I was able to research the maker's mark as Garrard & Co.

I'm trying to upload an image to the board (Birmingham Hallmarks) from Flickr. When I try " Img " I get a message in red : It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. When I use URL - I just get a posted URL - https://www.flickr.com/photos.etc.etc How do I embed my image ...
