I appreciate the info on the marks, but I don't believe it's made by Barker Brothers, I could be mistaken but I'm pretty sure the make maker says HH. :S

Need help Identifying the maker!
I came across this old looking blade in my attic and wanted to figure out where it's from. There are 4 marks on it, the first 3 I believe mean, Sheffield, England and the date letter is C. The maker mark is however, not so easily found. Help me figure this out if you can! Much appreciated! https://w...
