I think this is silverplate so had a look at the Silverplate section but couldn't find anything obvious. Guess its because I'm unclear how to decypher.

Can anyone confirm my reading of the hallmarks. I think they are:-

England Assay
City - Sheffield
Year - 1850
Maker - George JAMIESON
