Wow, that is great news. I did some research and found that Abigal Fales was the mother of Asa Smith, the gentleman who built my house in 1828. The dates you gave me suggest a cousin or niece of Asa. Very cool.

Good evening all and thank you in advance for any help. I was metal detecting in my yard and found this silver? Baby spoon with the name A . Fales on it. My house was built in 1828, and Fales is a name that goes back to the 1700 s in town. Any information on maker and age would be great as I could t...
