I too have an item from A-J Mahon. I'm a total amateur on the subject but remember reading that he began using his mark in the first half of 1818 (am I wrong?). My piece is a soupier with lid and underplate, with the 1809-19 coq - so from the same narrow timeframe as the timbale being discussed. App...
