Hi, its on a silver watch case, can't identify the makers hallmark, is it "B B C" with tower like/crown shape?? anyone could help? with thanks PS on the movement just has "BREVET 2732" on it, believed its a swiss patent from 1890. http://www.silver-collector.com/files/p1130168_47...

also i can tell there is no marks or any letters on the movement, is it normal?

There is no duty mark present on the hallmarks you provided on the watch case.
