Chinese candy bowl

Hello! It's known that Zee Wo was the owner of a workshop operating in Shanghai in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. I'm interesting what the hieroglyphs mean. Perhaps this is the name of the artisan silversmit? Thanks in advance. https://i.postimg.cc/4xXxLRkv/ZeeWo1.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/S...

Hello!
I know that the hieroglyphs in the left column mean "pure silver." I'm wondering what the other hieroglyphs mean.
Thanks in advance.

Hi ALEKS!
It seems to me that the surname of the maker is L.Tikocky. This is a typical Polish surname. Most likely you need to look in Poland or Lithuania.

Hello!
The assayer is Stepan Belkin (С.Б), the maker is definitely Θ.Г (see attached photos). Unfortunately his name is unknown to me.

Re: attribution

The mark CS belongs to a German maker (Jewish?) from the city of Riga, Russian Empire. Hallmarks are Russian.
Question: are objects made, for example, in Breslau or in Danzig in the 18th-19th centuries - German or Polish?

Hello Silverstone!
You are mixing up August Gottfried Schmidt and August Heinrich Schmidt. These are different people and they lived and worked at different times.
