Silver plate

Hello, everyone. I would like to ask for your help in identifying the maker of this decorative silver plate - maker's mark K.W. At the same time I would like your opinion on the scene itself - I have been looking for fauns in the female version with hooves, but have not found anything. Have you ever...

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you think that the processing technique corresponds to this timing?

Bowl

Have a nice day. I'd like to ask your advice about this bowl. It probably has an Austrian repunz from 1806/1807 on the side, on the bottom is an unknown and hard for me to read hallmark with a legible number 6 and the maker's mark S. Thank you in advance https://i.postimg.cc/grLzQ0s2/1.jpg https://i...

Large silver spoon

Nice summer to all! I came across this Russian large spoon (75 g, 19 cm), decorated with Art Nouveau ornamentation. There are four marks on it - Polish hallmark 1920-1931 (Warsaw, 875/1000), maker WH/HM and kokoshnik, which is overstruck with a grid. Please does anyone know the purpose of the overstr...

Re: Scent bottle

Thanks Guido. Yes, Rothe made mainly medals, but he was also making special objects for Imperial court in Vienna. In Sothebys auction you can find An Austrian Imperial diamond-set gold and enamel presentation snuff box, C.F. Rothe & Neffe, Vienna, late 19th century. For me the most interesting t...

Two cups

I would like to ask you for more information about these two cups, which unfortunately have no markings. The manufacturer has obviously gone to a lot of trouble with them, they are in their original packaging. https://i.postimg.cc/SJFsjtCP/1.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/wtvxSKY1/2.jpg https://i.postimg....

Scent bottle

Hello. I'm sure of the manufacturer of this bottle - Rothe from Vienna. But I wonder what you think of its purpose. I have a theory, but I don't want to influence you. Re: Austrian silver plate 1826

Hello. After some time I have found next St. George mark on Austria-Hungarian silver plate, Budapest for this time. Would anyone know what the marking of imported silver was like in Russia at that time? The second St. George case strikes me as a strange coincidence. Thank you, meyrink https://i.ibb....
