Re: Austrian silver plate 1826

Hello. After some time I have found next St. George mark on Austria-Hungarian silver plate, Budapest for this time. Would anyone know what the marking of imported silver was like in Russia at that time? The second St. George case strikes me as a strange coincidence. Thank you, meyrink https://i.ibb....

Apostle spoons

Have a nice evening. I would like to ask for help in identifying these spoons. The only marking found is a kind of sword, but I don't think it matches the Dutch marking. I would be very grateful for any help. Thanks, meyrink https://i.postimg.cc/2Lp8Qvyz/1.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/yg383nVQ/2.jpg

Re: Silver spoons FB 13

Thanks for the answer. I know Franz Bibus' products quite well and they are always on a high technological level, I have not come across handmade spoons from him. His factory in Moravska Trebova is famous for good and modern technological equipment. But these spoons are handmade, engraved in an olde...

Silver spoons FB 13

Have a nice day. I would like to ask for help in identifying spoons from the 19th century. They are interesting in that they apparently formed a set (they have the same monogram). The dining spoon has the number 13 on it as the only marking (presumably a purity of 13 lots) and the coffee spoon has o...

Re: Bowl

Thank you. There is really no hint of another mark on the dish. I plan to have the bowl cleaned by a professional, but the price varies up to nine times. So I'm hesitant whether the bowl is really Renaissance or Baroque or "only" Classical. I would also decide on the amount of investment i...

Bowl

Have a nice day. I would like to consult about this silver bowl with a depiction of a saint. It has nice decorated handles. It has the only noticeable hallmark - the Prague repunz of 1806-1807. I did not find any other marking. The bowl weighs 101 g and measures 12,3 x 14,3 cm. In your experience, w...

Re: Faberge cigarette case?

Thank you, everyone. I don't have this cigarette case in my possession, so I can't provide better photos of the hallmarks. It was offered in an auction in Slovakia with a high starting price and did not sell. When I searched for them, I found them in two versions - with and without the Fabergé name ...

Re: Enamel cigarette case

Wow, such detail information I did not expected. The cigarette case really looks like a Vienesse piece. Do you have any clue about the next Hagia Sofia case? Thank you
