Irish or American ID help please

Hello, Found this teaspoon at an estate sale, it's marked ROBT GRAY within a rectangle, no other hallmarks. I see that there is listings for a Robert Gray in Ireland but they all seem to be hallmarked with a city, silver content, etc, can anyone tell me the origin of this spoon? Thank you in advance...
