Sorry about the picture , there is a reflection of the hallmark , the bottom one is the original marks in case it looks confusing .

I have always been able to track down hallmarks on websites either here , or other places , but this one has me stumped . It actually looks Asian[img] , Japanese or Chinese , but one problem as you will see is that it has been polished almost to an undecipherable point . Any help would be great , as...
