I have traced the mark of a ring I have purchased to 1956 London hallmark but the maker is ARB inside a little flag shaped box. I cannot find it anywhere can anyone help please?

help please - sugar tongs marks
Please can you help me. I have tried to find out about the age etc regarding the sugar tongs I have bought. They are a goldy colour but I know they are plate but thats all really as the marks are confusing me.
