Silver Box unknown markings

I have a silver box from my grandmother and there are three hallmarks, the first is a WH with what look like two bags below in a square box. The second is a lion facing right in a 6 sided box. The third is a Minerva's helmet with a M or W on it. I wasn't able to add pictures. Any ideas? Thanks, Doug
