Any ideas on age and maker?

I am wondering if anyone recognizes the maker
on my Peacock. It is thought to be Mexican.

It says Joyeria 950 Orgvisa and another name I cannot
make out.

I couldn't find this Taxco Sterling mark.
Any ideas? It looks a bit like FUC but not sure.
