I recently purchased this silver bowl from an auction. It was going for melt down so I thought I'd rescue it from the pot! It was described as an 'eastern silver bowl' it has no hallmarks that I can see. I understand that not all countries use hallmarks. If anybody has any idea of what area it comes...
