Could anyone please define the difference between these two items? Many have said they are one and the same My interpretation- Bleeding Bowl is shallow (ish) cushion shaped bowl with single handle & Porringer - two handled lipped deep bowl (I had thought for containing a porridge like substance?...

Just a stab in the dark - Henry Bailey?

'JD & S' are marks for James Deakin & Son of Sheffield. The 'EP' means it's electroplated.
The last one is the trade mark (a desk bell)

Sugar tongs with marks into the bowl. I see the sterling mark, but unable to make out the possible makers mark.
