Sorry, quickly discovered with my own research that John Zeigler (JZ not TZ) was the maker and AM was probably the retailer.

Edinburgh 1817 spoon - Maker unknown

I believe this spoon was made for the family Seton of Tullibody. It bears the logo, "Forward Ours" and a boars head. On the back, a script "AM" is on one side of the assay marks and what appears to be a "TZ" is on the other side. Can anyone tell me of the silversmith wh...
