sorry, not very good at this, as you can see I cut off half the image, the other mark is a anchor. Let's see if I can fix it

Need help identifying maker
Please help me identify the maker of this bracelet. It has a mark of a eagle with the #2 in it. and also reads "MEXICO 925" with intials in the center, I think they are "MBR" but my eyes are not the greatest.
