That's more than I had, thank you! A follow up search came up empty, although there's apparently a Swiss Watchmaker named Perrin of some note.

On the larger pieces, the stars below the C.O.P initials are a bit more symmetrical, and the P is sometimes followed by a period. My aunt thinks she remembers this...
